Challenge

Vijaya Medical Centre needed a mobile companion to their web platform, test booking, home sample collection, digital reports, and personal health records, secure enough for medical data and simple enough for patients of every age.

The solution

The Vijaya mobile app extends Vijayamedicalcentre.com to patients on their phones. Users book diagnostic tests, schedule home sample collection, pay online, and open reports as soon as they are ready, without calling the front desk for every update.

Technical approach

Built with Flutter and connected to the existing web and ERP stack, the app covers booking, payments, notifications, maps for home collection, and PDF reports. Family profiles make it easier to manage tests for multiple people from one account.

Outcome

Patients get a self-serve path for booking and results on Android, while the centre keeps one operational backbone across web and mobile.
